  What exactly is a class II device that is “implantable?” Lets see ... In Section 2521 of the Bill labeled “National Medical Device Registry,” a class II device is defined as: “a class II device that is implantable, life-supporting, or life-sustaining.” To verify this, open the bill, and do a search for “implantable” and you'll find the definition. Just as alarming, is this phrase used in conjuction with “Class II” device usage: “other postmarket device surveillance activities of the Secretary authorized by this chapter” Furthermore, under this Section 2521, the following is stated in a new topic category: Electronic Exchange and Use in Certified Electronic Health Records of Unique Device Identifiers- “The Secretary of the Health Human Services, acting through the head of the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology, shall adopt standards, implementation specifications, and certification criteria for the electronic exchange and use in certified electronic health records of a unique device identifier for each device described in paragraph (1)”

As one critical commentator said, they will probably “go into adulthood associating great music, the most bewitchingly lovely sounds on Earth, with a punitive slap on the chops.” This is what passes for education in Britain today: teaching kids to think “Danger!” whenever they hear Mozart’s Requiem or some other piece of musical genius.  In 2009, the U.S. Army commissioned Rand’s Arroyo Center, to publish a report on the possibilities of creating a Stability Police Force (SPF). According to the report, an SPF would be a military police cloaked as civilian law enforcement, using quasi-military officers/personnel who employ military tactics and exist/function with a currently existing civilian federal law enforcement agency in order to circumvent the Posse Comitatus Act’s prohibitions against using military personnel to engage in civilian law enforcement with what are otherwise full-fledged military personnel engaging in civilian domestic law enforcement on behalf of the federal government; functioning as a military unit would, without the military label. A force of up to 6,000 troops, the SPF would appear civilian, but act military, subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) and sharing same rank and command structures as regular military. It would be deployed anywhere in the world that advanced militarized policing would be needed and operate as "high-end" federal law enforcement at home, in the United States when not deployed, in order to sharpen policing skills, and maintain training and readiness. To that end, the militarized officers would work for their home agency (e.g. Marshall’s service, FBI, etc.) and "assist" local, civilian law enforcement using militarized tactics under a civilian facade to get around the prohibitions in the Posse Comitatus Act. Still under review, the U.S. Marshall’s Service, seems to be the favorite home agency, picked by the Rand Center. The U.S. government is expected to adopt this model in the near future, to use militarized police against a disgruntled American citizenry, as well as to quash resistance to illegal U.S. occupations abroad.

Instead of making products to make money, they made money the product -- treating it as if it were a commodity, packaging it, decorating it, and shifting it back and forth at high speed, in the hopes such shaking would make the money grow by magic. Of course all that really happened, as the Goldman Sachs' and Bernie Madoffs' simply 'skimmed' off the cream, as the cash flowed by -- As the criminal sharpsters, grafters, and operators grew fabulously rich, the nation as a whole, went into decline, (bankruptcy -- if you prefer). Our cultural admiration went (and continues to go) to criminals, who seemed to make money appear out of thin air, and our disdain falls upon anyone with grease/dirt under their fingernails. Manufacturing became equated with the 'lower class.' Wealth by any means, was the sign of the elect. Even today, there're many who still admire Bernie Madoff and Ken Lay, for the cleverness they showed, in strip-mining the families of America. The greatness of a nation, is not how many tanks and bombs it can make -- but how many cars, microwave ovens, computers, TVs and heavy appliances it can sell around the world. America, (the 'Constitutional' Republic) fell from that pantheon, a long time ago.
